Share Home is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company offering a new, lower cost option for housing and care at home. We match homeowners with a room to spare with like-minded individuals, creating safe, fulfilling and flexible shared living arrangements that offers independence, companionship and peace of mind. We manage everything and are always on hand should you need any help.

Share Home handles everything, understanding your needs, finding the right match, doing checks, arranging introductions and providing our bespoke agreement. Our regular check-ins and support keep everything safe and positive.
"I'm worried about my bills"
A shared home can lower your living costs and we can help with applying for eligible benefits. Sharers pay an affordable monthly amount covering bills and support. Homeowners receive a regular contribution, getting help and company at little or no cost. Sharing other costs like transport can also save more.

Share Home is a Community Interest Company that is non-profit making and with the purpose to help the community and the wellbeing of older people within it. Our mission is to ensure that our sharers are well-matched and happy, and their safety and wellbeing are paramount in all that we do. Remaining in the community you've grown up with or belong to and following up your interests with good friends can keep your highly valued independence and bring happiness and security.
